Medical case:

Patient K., 72 years old, with partial mandibular adentia (Photo 1).

Treatment Plan:

1.Extraction of the teeth remaining on the mandible.

2. Producing of mandibular roentgen-contrast surgical template (Photo 2).

3. Computerized axial tomography of mandible with a surgical template (Photo 3).

4. Single-stage report with placement of Alpha Dent Implants and gingival formers in the region of the 33th, 34th, 36th, 43th, 44th and 46th teeth.

5. Producing of metal-plastic bridge prosthesis (Photo 4).

A single-stage report placement of Alpha Dent Classic Implants with their diameter of 4.2 mm, 13mm long and with the force of 35 H in the region of the 33th, 34th, 43th and 44th teeth and Alpha Dent Active Implants with their diameter of 5 mm, 6 mm long and with the force of 30 H in the region of the 36th and 46th teeth. Manufacture of metal-plastic bridge prosthesis.
