Clinical Case: Patient P., 43 years old.
Diagnosis: Chronic Generalized Periodontitis of III degree
 
Plan of treatment:
1. Extraction of maxillary teeth;
2. Osteoplasty of alveolar sockets of extracted teeth;
3. Left and right sinus lift surgeries;
4. Implantation surgery (10 implants) in eight months;
5. Rational prosthetics in six months.
